Yes, the lawyers receive emial response from INS/BCIS for H1B particularly for premium processing cases. But, I'm not sure whether it is true of AOS cases.

Looks like they are only working on RFE cases. I have not received any RFE (ND - Nov'01). Looks like no chance for next 3-4 months for me (1 month for generating an RFE + 2 months for result).
