    pending asylum hi pending asylum for 4 month now out of status from 2009,iam on proceedings still going to court and the judge ask me to bring lawyer next court date.not yet interview im so confused super confused no social security no nothing stressed.

    im sorry im getting crazy a bit,i589 to the court after 21 days received on my mail i797 with a receipt letter to go for biometrics of which i did,IS IT A GOOD SIGN WHEN I RECEIVED RECEIPT WHILE MY CASE IS STILL PENDING BUT MY CLOCK STOPPPED RUNNING?

    clock stopped i applyed for i589 after 21 days received biometrics letter i went,now i just called 1800 number they told me my case is pending but clock stopped whats going on,which mean they not gonna issue EAD?oh lord have mercy:(:(:rolleyes:

    Asylum application hi i apply for Asylum to the judge on 2 of Aug then after 21 days i received form i765 for biometrics of which i did that now im waiting foR EAD dont know for how long though,im so broke i need job realy fast:( please help fellas.
