H1B Stamping possible in Costa Rica as well!! FYI, The US Embassy in Costa Rica also issues H1B to foreign nationals. The good thing abt this is that Indian nationals do not need a VISA to visit Costa Rica. One less thing to worry about :)

Current processing date for H1B extensions as of March 29 is Oct 1, 2003. My Receipt Date was Oct 15, 2003 and is still pending. Almost 6 months now!!!

Was your receipt date "October 9th, 2003"? Is this your 1st extension? Please clarify. Thanks.
