I sent a similar letter to Senator Cleland and he forwarded my letter to Evelyn Upchurch, Director or the INS Southern Service Center, on 06/16/2002. Hope everybody could start flooding our request/complaint to same people so we could gather louder voice. Luis
Here is the letter from Senator...
I will move to Colorado from Georgia soon. My I-485 (ND 8/01) is still pending at TSC. No FP. I understand that my case could be transfered to NSC after the address change and it could cause delay or missing files. Considering how slow is TSC compared to other center, is this address change a...

If a I-485 applicant moves to a state that does not belong to the jurisdiction of his original service center, would his case be transfered and delayed? Your answer is appreciated. Luis
I heard some people saying INS process according the ND. I talked to a senator\'s office and was told it goes by RD. I am confused. It is important to me because like every one who submitted the AOS to TSC during May 2001, the difference from RD/ND is 3 months! Any opinion?
I filed my I-485 in May 01 and got receipt date Aug 01. No FP yet. Called TSC and was told to wait. Sent letters to Congressman and Senator complaining TSC\'s ramdon FP, no response. Anyone in the same boat? Like to know if collective effort could make things moving. Luis
Dear friend,
my sister is married to a citizen and just got her I-130 approved. she will proceed to consular processing. Question: Is birth certificate needed in this case? Thanks for your advise.
My wife filed her AOS several months after I filed mine (follow-to-join). As of today no fp for neither of us. We were told that her application will be attached to mine to be processed together according my RD/ND. Is that the general rule? Like to here your opinion and your experience.
