You are right In last few weeks I saw one RFE case was denied and one was transfered for interview. So I was scared to imagine if this happens to me. One of the most important thing was I changed the job after 180 days.

My opinion My guess is if your case is pending(not assigned) beyond 180 day then they want to make sure you haven\'t changed the job. you can see that most of the March cases are getting RFE\'s and approving april cases without RFE.

Did you change your attorney? Did your employer create any problem? Thanks

Congrats yesterday you wrote your case was assigned on Sep 5. but you were already approved.

5-8 business days My case was assigned on 8/27 and I got RFE on 9/4
