Should u wear suit for the interview? Group i/v for couples?

Business casual should be OK. Depends on each case, whether there are lots of questions that need to be asked or not. I would think about 0.5~1.5 hour. Don't know anything about couple interview.

    US Citizenship and tax filing

Yes. After my interview, my case was not approved, but pending for document. And I think I asked on this forum (I can't find the post now). After I was told about the A-file, I scheduled an infopass to go to the office just to "remind" them that it should be in my A-file. It was in computer...

    US Citizenship and tax filing

I absolutely agree with you. It's just that in my case, I was asked about my long trips back to my home country and asked to show reentry permit. The reason for this, according to the IO that handled my case, is that I might have long trips back and did not file reentry permits and was just...

Continuously living in the U.S. for 5 years but not before

Oops... Can't find my travel document anywhere... I have to send them back by December 3rd. Is there anything I can do? Should they have a record somewhere? If I can't provide my travel document, does that mean I won't be able to get my citizenship? Does that affect my PR status also?

Continuously living in the U.S. for 5 years but not before

So, I had my interview today. I was still asked to provide my reentry permit for 2000~2006, which is before my 5 year continuous residency. Thought I won't need those. But I guess I do.... I will update this thread afterwards for anyone that's interested in this topic.

    Failed to file tax return

I didn't owe any tax, as far as I know, the federal and/or the state owe me since I probably should have money returned to me. So should I try to file 08 tax now? But I was in another state back then, can I still just do it online? Btw, thank you both (javacafe, vimarket) for helping.

Continuously living in the U.S. for 5 years but not before

I got my PR for almost 10 years now and have been living in the U.S. continuously for almost 5 years now. But in n-400, part 7, C, I need to list trips outside of U.S. since I became a lawful permanent resident. Does that mean I have to include the time that I remain in my hometown even though...
