    Did you redo yours? I believe it\'s new rule at Oakland office since I did my FP on 7/28 w/o problem almost one month ahead of schedule date.

    Here\'s my info. 485 filed in early April, got EAD&AP approval sometime June. Received FP at July 11th, scheduled for 8/31, but done @7/28. Waiting for GC approval. So far, from my experience, I didn\'t see any delay. Hope this help.

    No problem. Actually if you lie in CA, you should file it in CSC not VSC. I did the same thing, so far I got AP, EAD approval and FP w/o problem.

    I\'m on the same boat. A little different is that I ( the primary) got FP notice , but my depenent haven\'t. When I did my FP ahead of schedule and at ASC I told them the situation, they asked me to go to SF INS center which I haven\'t tried yet.

    485 processing question?

    Hi, I just found that my checks for EAD&485 are cashed, what does this mean? Does it mean they start to processing my case? How long do I expect to receive further notice, like figure print or EAD approval, etc? My details, EB2 RIR PD: 2/28/00 485 RD: 3/30/01 Thanks for any inputs.
