I got tired and switched job last week I also lost hope on GC as I tried thru attorney, calling INS ....with no results.

Did you try calling INS?? DId you sent inquiry thru your congressman??? Did you talk to your attorney???

They received my stuff on May 24th and my AVM is not updated yet. Seems like taking forever and will I ever get my GC???

not yet.....(seems like AVM will never update for my RFE???) did you faxed(or sent) a letter to your congressman??

where are you located and who is your attorney I talked to IIO and What a waste of time as she asked me to call back after couple of weeks.

WAC # is 01-032-XXXX and notice date is in Nov. I tried calling INS, but always got busy tone. Did you call IIO??what was the response?? - AJay

RFE issued on 5/7 and AVM still not updated It seems like a endless wait

AVM has similar message with a diiferent RFE issue date  

Is your AVM got updated on 8/26....on Sunday

It\'s almost 3 and half years ago I started it and I\'m still waiting for it. I got an RFE for 2 years of W2 and last 4 paystubs on May 7th and replied back on May20th by FedEx. I check AVM every single day and I wonder if it will ever get updated. .................

According to my attorney this is the response thay have received for RFE it\'s still in the mailroom.Currently, they are still opening mail from May 18, 2001. Mail is also logged based on the type of application. For I-485 applications, they are still in mid-May.
