Change of Status (F3 to F1) after divorce?

Hello, My father (U.S. Citizen) applied for my sister (currently lives in Brazil) to get a green card and live in the U.S. back in 2006. One year after he applied, she got married, and then her visa category changed from F1 to F3, which bumped her out a few years. She's in the middle of a...

Mother of US Citizen - B2 VISA

Ok, thank you. I'm asking this because I know it's in the application forms: Do you know anyone/have any relatives @ USA? If you say NO, then you would be lying, and I'm pretty sure it's not a good idea... If you say yes, they might ask who, and that could complicate the entire process.

Mother of US Citizen - B2 VISA

Understood... So, when they ask her what's the reason of the visit, she can just say: I will visit my son (US citizen) + grandson (also US citizen) + daughter-in-law, and that's it?

Green card through marriage, what's neededd?

She came to the USA with a B2 VISA and was allowed 6 months (sorry for the 3-month confusion). That happened back in 2007, so she's been here for around 3 years (2.5year overstay I would say) We met in the USA and also have a 1-year old son together... It's a 100% legit marriage.

Green card through marriage, what's neededd?

Hello, I'm a US Citizen and recently got married. My wife came to the USA with a tourist "B2" VISA and stayed longer than the "90" days she was authorized to. What forms do I need to submit to Immigration in order to get her a Green Card? I-130? I-485? Both I-30 and I-485...
