Just Called NSCS , the lady told me they can start to send inqury after 60 days since tsc received the ref response. so wait another 30 days for me. so, if your reponse has been received by TSC for more than 60 days, you can start call NSCS to push them Do something better than nothing.

To TSCPAIN Can you share with us which officer sent your wife's REF, and when did you response the REF, how come it took so long for them to get decision? Thanks.

my RD/ND is 7/23 and 8/2 2001, so nothing but wait.

#016 asks for employment letter and proof of maintain legal status on a specific time frame.( F1 period)

that's it, it's officer #016. So he/she still works at least till Feb 16, just doesn't work with RFE cases.

can someone tell me how long it took to get approval after ins received the RFE? i need travel in hurry. but message from ins website says take another 60 days, very frustrated. thanks in advance. RFE is for a copy of approval I140. :(
