What was RFE about?  

AVM Message changes when an RFE is issued It will give the date on which INS sent out the RFE. Also it will change when RFE response is received by INS to indicate the date.

No Title Through the senator, I found out that the file was transfered to consulate in June 2000 when they contacted NVC. The same senator faxed a letter to consulate and they replied through cable (mean of communication in I believe government offices) that they sent it back in June 2001.

RE: RD/ND Confusion I have ran into this before. My RD was May 19 and ND was June 20 but they say that my RD and ND are both June 20. Different IIO have different response on this so I am not sure who to believe. BTW my case have not been approved yet.

Employment letter & EAD RFE When I received the blue form with FP notice, I replied immediately with current Employment letter and copies of EAD cards, so no that can not cause the delay.

Same situation I have the same RD, ND and FP dates as yours. I also talked to IIO yesterday and she gave me the same info regarding case will be assigned within next 30 days.
