I got approved (early in September), but I am still waiting. However, this is due to my name change. The earliest name change Oath Date will be in November (will be in court, so different location than other Oath ceremonies).

I do not know if this is the average time or not. There aren't many Tampa filers that share this information. June filer, you can check my time line in the Google spreadsheet. You can do early walk-in FPs. Wednesday seems to be the best day because this is the day on which people, who have missed their FP, can walk-in.
