What factors affect the timing of FP notice? City you live, EB category, Country origin, PD, etc.? Any idea.

Did u do anything to get FP so fast? I live in Katy with RD/ND: 11/2001. Got my EADs and APs very fast, but no signs of FP notice. Any idea how FP is scheduled? Thanks.

Hard to say? I saw one guy got his FP notice with RD/ND of 2/2002. He lives in the same area as me (Houston, TX). I have RD/ND of 11/2001, got EAD and AP fast, but no signs of FP. Most likely it just depends your luck. My guess.

Just Received EADs My RD is very close to yours. I didn\'t expect EADs come in less than 2 months so I didn\'t check AVM. But you can call the number on the receipt to find the status of yours. Hope this helps.

Got EADs in less than 2 months. Filed APs by myself because lawyer charges too much and just received the receipts. Thanks

I just got 485 receipts from my lawyer and want to file AP by myself. What documents do I need to attach with I-131 besides copy of 485 receipt and two photos? Do I need to attach a letter explaining why I need AP? Do I need to attach my current and previous non-immigration status papers...
