    But I did not go to the court ,just went to THE TRANSIT ADJUDICATION BUREAU and paid the fine after hearing there. No court No Police Department . And I don't have any paper work with me right now ,it's long time ago ,especially after my moving to new place ,a lot of my old stuff was lost...
