Pmr: Nd 3/12/01 Pd 4/28/00 Ad 1/16/02
Our 485\'s are approved on 1/16/02. Details are PD 4/28/00 RD 03/03/01 ND 03/12/01 FP 8/15/01 EB2, RIR, INDIA 140 filed for CP 485 filed for as AOS from day one message says ur application received on 3/12 and it XXXXXX- Madhava Rao

Looks like most of the Mar01 approvals are earlier PD--(PD < 01/01/2000)
IIO denied to disclose that info He denied but he said we r looking those cases(of PD 03 or 04/00) now and he said 4 to 6 weeks. My(& spouse) FP was on 8/15/2001 and he confirmed that FP\'s are looking good. I called even FBI regarding FP they said next day that\'s 8/16 itself result was...- Madhava Rao

PMR: That\'s right. My PD 04/28/2000 I talked to IIO on 12/28/2001 regarding my case, he told me ur PD is 4/00 and they have taken up these cases now & it will take 4 to 6 weeks. If I don\'t get by that time Ishould call again. My detals are RD 3/5/01 ND 3/12/01- Madhava Rao
