Thanks for the help. I checked for Maryland. Average for MD is 5.8 months and for DC is about 9 months!!!In this case I think it is better to go for CP!!! Unless I am allowed to apply for USCIS fields other than where I live!!Is it possible?!!! Thanks for your help
