In 485 ,biographic info form, there is a column for all previos name used. For my wife\'s case lawyer by mistake typed NONE and papers has been filled 3 months back. I found it by chance yesterday that lawyer made a mistake. My wife had two differnt last name prior to our marriage.for example...
