thank you for the reply. you are right it is I 130. the petition it says will be either denied or abandoned. Is this information necessary for my lawyer to know! or it does not concern my case. As no one filed a petition for me. Thanks for your help once again

Hi. My H1 is about to be filed by my employer. Now my question is my mother's brother had filed a petition for immigration for her which was abandoned and denied as my uncle was not able to submit certain document s in time. Should this affect my petition for h1 in any way. Thanks in advance
