No Title BP, I never receive any letter from NVC to ask my decision. You should receive Packet 3 from them very soon. I think you can wait until then ( I did so). You don\'t need to reply Packet 3, just sent a letter to let them know you won\'t do CP. Of course, if you want, you can send...- CRSA
