Thanks My husband was fingerprinted on 02/13/02, I was fingerprinted on 02/23/02, we didn\'t get our FP notice at the same time. after several days we were both FPed, i called tsc and was told our cases had been assigned to an officer. From that moment, i know i will get some feedback soon.

No Title our laywer sent the I-20 and copy of the EAD(practical trainning) along with other required forms to INS, we are still waitting for approval. Did your laywer send I-20 ,EAD at the first place?

no way the same thing happened to me. My husband took me with him today, and i am told there is no way i can do a finger print without notice. They took back the original copy, i think that\'s why.

No Title Just called INS about EAD, and was told they\'are processing March 21 cases, and now it\'s taking 4 months to process EAD. God!!!

No Title it\'s 90 business days. You can\'t count the weekends and holidays. So it\'s not the time yet. I called INS today and was told they are processing 03/06/01 EAD cases
