Thanks Baba Yaga, But one more clarification What if the job requires only BS plus 3 years per the labor certification and if I have an MS, will I be able to change to it EB2 at I-140 (saying MS plus 3 years exp as reqd by the job), or just stay with BS. Gurus Is it possible to change from EB3 category to EB2 category after you file for the green card. I have filed under EB3 category for labor and wanted to know if it is feasible to change the category at the I-140 or I-485 stages. If yes then what are the things I should be looking at...- vt485
