Hello All: I received a RFE requesting for an employment letter from my company on 10/16, and I sent it last week to Vermont Service Center. Can anyone tell me how long the wait would be??

Patience Hold on man. There are people waiting from month of August to get their turn. Processing varies with the officer on file. So, you need to wait for your approval. Not whole of December applicants is aprroved. It is still process in continuation. In short, DON\'T PANIC..

 

 

Is there an RFE?  

Hello All: If an IIO says that my case is with an adjudicator, how long would it realistically take to be approved?

Similar response from IIO I was told that my case was assigned to to an adjudicator.

Hello All: Does contacting an IIO hurt my case in any way?? I would appreciate your input, for I want to know the facts before I make a contact with IIO.

Does anyone have an idea about the pattern in which Nov NDs are processed. I am seeing several NDs towards the end of November being approved. If Last In First Out is the pattern being followed by INS, I guess, I have a while to wait.

It says "Finally..." How in the world are we to infer what "Finally..." means. Mr/Ms SAP seems bit hung after that. Not a nice ellipsis at all.
