hi i am newbie to this forum . actually i want to give you some additional information about me as i am little bit confused about my physical presence and continues residency ....i have taken 5 trips to india in last 5 years....i was aware that i cant not leave the usa more than 6 month so...

I am green card holder and I am going to apply I 130 for my wife ...I have heard that nowdays us immigration is speeding up their priorities date ...just want to know is that true. I really need help in this.

yesterday i went for f1 visa and get rejection..i am surprised that what for ...they didnt even tell me anything expect this that this time they are not convienced about my going usa. i only want to know that after f1 rejection can i get tourist visa..i am 34 year old and much sufficient funds...

Actually my friend who is living there on h1 status in usa and he helped me in getting I 20 form. So i dont know too much about the university.I had already once got admission in the other university and got I 20 but i didnt go for interview . But now I got onther one and this time i am planning...

i want to ask something about my green card status. i got my green card threw my dad. But somehow i cant manage to leave in usa more than 2 or 3 month .so if i dont break my continues residensy and come in usa for 2 or 3 month and go back india leave there for 5 month an again come for 2 or 3...
