Just mailed OCI applications to DC on 3/25.

Applied for passport books and card on 2/12. Got mine and wife's passport books on 3/12, received my passport card today 3/13. Still waiting for wife's passport card. Still in process for son's passport book and card. It's over a month now.

OCI Fee clarification Hello, I am planning to apply OCI for my family. We do NOT have any PIO cards. So for each applicant we need to pay $275. This is the same fee for adult and kids? Please confirm. Thank you.

We had interview today Both my wife & I had interview today. We both passed. Both of ours was pretty simple interviews.

We had interview today Both my spouse & I had interview today. IO didn't ask her passport but my IO checked my passport for all the travel dates. So bottom line is, you never know which IO would insist on the passport.

Does any know how we expedite the things at Indian embassy @ DC for passport renewal? Any special help for higher official contacts(email or phone), greatly appreciated.

That passport expiring mid Dec. So IO may question why I was carrying expired passport. Does any one know, if I go to Indian embassy(DC, that's where I sent) do they give our old passport?

Renewal sent month ago When I looked at the website the time mentioned 10 to 15 days, so sent the passport around mid Nov. Our Interview date is Jan 5th. I have all the pages of passport.

Online my case status Online my case status still shows RFE(For FP), we have received IL (IL only no YL). Do I need to contact 1-800 customer service or local office thru info pass? This is same with my wife too. Please advise.
