    ND 12/12/00 No RFE - Still Waiting I am not sure whats happening ............ I called up INS 2 days back, A lady said that my case is under review and should get a decision in next 30-40 days.

NO RFE 140(AOS) Called up INS office this afternoon, The lady said that they are waiting for 140 papers from NVC office ,I called up NVC office she said my 140 was approved on July 18th 2000 , and they aleady sent it to INS office, And they didn\'t received any more requests...
