hyd66, I think you should be able to start working. Just tell your employer the apporval date and furnish the document later. Did you get your approval?

I filed my EAD application on July 27, TSC got it at July 31, according to my Post office\'s receipt. Does anybody use the 90 days rules for EAD in atlanta office? What is the starting date they count the 90 days? Can you get it in the same day? please post your experience... Thanks!!

rameshfl Congradulation on getting your receipt (people as early as May hasn\'t got theirs yet). The AVM date is your ND, when TSC entered your case into their computer system. Also, are you sure you send FedEx? Since INS\' filing address is only PO Box, which FedEx doesnot deliver. Mine...

No Title Thanks, Grudge! Actually, my lawyer said I am better off to go TSC. Because 485 need to go to Service Center where it adjucticate the case of applicant\'s residence state (in my case, it is GA). But I also heard 485 need to go to the same Service Center as 140?? I am confused.
