help: I-94 expired &485 approval!
No Title I do not think it will create a problem. You applied for i-485 before the expiration of i-94 and you are in Adjustment status. Note: I am not an attorney, consult your attorney before taking decisions- satsan

Permanent Resident stamp on passport
No Title I have the same question. Do we need to take any documents when we travel abroad or this stamping is fine? How the Immigration Officers(in other countries) understand this stamping as USA PR?- satsan

IGATE:One more Approval
Just now I checked AVM and it says my case(also my wife\'s) has been approved on July 2nd. Emplifi EB3 RD Aug 99 ND SEP 99 FP Aug 2000 I-140 amendment - Apr 17(AVM still says 180 to 240 days). Last month I called IIO to link my I-140. Waiting to receive approval notices. Thanks and...- satsan
