I think ur perception is wrong about the cuttoff number.8250 means only below this number will be intervied till last December. not the sum of october , november, december ( 7000+7200+8250= 22450 ). can u provide me ur emaii id so we commuicate better for this issue.

hi, Kati hatar bhako yaar timilai 2nd letter ko, bharkahr ta september suru bhako cha, tesma pani 2nd letter sabai ko aaucha bhanne gaurantee pani chaina, GPO site anusar 2009 ma only 174 jana lai 2nd leteer aako cha . If u r Luckiest among Lucky people then u sure get 2nd letter. Don't worry.

May be November, ur case number will b schedule. according to Visa bulletin for october there upto 7000 scheduled for Aisa.

I wanna know , In the Visa bullatein if cuttof number shows Current in that month what does it mean, all remaining case number are becoming current and they expected to get 2nd letter or its close for remainig case number which are left.
