Interesting scenario :
1.Got H1B extension for 3 years Denied after completion 6Years completion based on I140 Approval from company "A"
2.Changed status to L2 and got EAD based on Spouse L1.
3. Joined company "B" and worked for close to 2 years.
4.Spouse L1 Expiring on July 2nd...
My company is appealing on H1B denial. MTR filed
1. Am I leagal to stay 180 days after filing MTR?
Meanwhile I am applying for L2 visa based on my wifes L1 Status.
1. What is the impact on my current appeal?
2. How do I apply for EAD after getting L2 visa?

My employer stated after discussing with Lawyer "That you cannot work once your H1 is denied or seek employment or can be on companys payroll until MTR is addressed "

2. I received an Employe Employer Relation ship RFE
3. Company responded to the RFE
4.I Received a denial email...Yet to get the letter for details
