Changing status to J-2 and applying for EAD
I am currently holding a H-4 visa and my husband got a new appointment and wants to change his status to J-1. This way I would change to a J-2 visa and can apply for an EAD. I wonder if I can file for the change of status and EAD together, in other words can I file I-539 and I-765...- amiq
