I called couple days to IIO, he said that my case with an officer, it will take 30-45 days. I am about to marry - is it too late for my wife to join my application at this stage ? Any help appreciated.

No Title Not all July 2000 people are free yet - My ND 7/3/2000; PD 4/96 - Not a word from VSC. Tried to call first time for 1 year to speak with IIO - 95 min of waiting - no IIO. Probably IIOs are busy answering people who call every other day.
