You said customer service line said you are still in the same status, but did you talk to a supervisor? I personally would just keep on at them so they don't 'forget' me and just keep reminding them you need the letter. All the best

WW2G, That is fantastic. Did you apply for expedited passport? I did and yet I still have not received the passport. The website say's it's being processed. I tell you, I have some of the worst luck when it comes to getting things processed in a normal timely manner! :rolleyes: :D
