No Title WHen teh AVM says "A request was mailed on ..", that date is just the notice date on your RFE. It does not mean it was mailed on that day. The AVM said my RFE was mailed on the 9th of APril but my lawyer did not get it until the 23rd of APril. So, wait for at least 2...

Looks like RFE\'s that were mailed on teh 9th of April really did not get mailed on that date. April 9 is the notice date on teh RFE and not necessarily the date the RFE was mailed out. I think my lawyer received it on the 22nd or 23rd. I got it today. Hope you got yours. PD 10/97 ND/RD...

Hi all,   I just received the RFE notice today. They want an employment letter and earnings statements for the last 2 years. My questions: 1) I get paid biweekly. Does this mean they want 52 ( 26 times 2)    paystubs OR will the W-2 for the last 2 years suffice...

DId your attorney get the RFE. I spoke with the IIO and she asked me to wait another week and call back. She said that in my case there was no undeliverable mail recvd. so she said chances are it is ok. She also verified the mailing address. Dr Deadpan

Hi, The AVM says that RFE was issued on April 9, 2001. My attroney claims she has\'nt received anything. Sounds suspicious? My attorney is in Boston and she claims that everytime the INS AVM says a date it takes them 2-3 weeks to receive it from that date. ANy truth to this? Can I call...
