    Would anyone had their GC stamped recently at Newark with the courtesy copy. I already have the courtesy copy and would like to go for stamping tomorrow. My lawyer has still not received the orginals.

    H1B stamping after FP

    No Title I recently renewed my H1 while on 485, but that was inside US. My wife and kids renewed their H4 in Chennai while on vacation. We all answered yes to immigration intent. There was no problemat all.
