Hello, I am an H1B visa holder and my husband is a Green Card holder and he will be eligible to apply for citizenship this coming August 2009. B1/B2 exchanged to H1 wants to stamp in Canada
Hi all, I came to the US in 2004 with B1/B2 visa and later on changed into H1B. My H1B valid until 2010. I never been out of status / overstayed before. Now, I am planning to get my H1B visa stamp in Canada-maybe Vancouver or Ottawa, since I never have the actual H1B stamped in my passport...- pigletdink
