It looks like that DOL has denied my PERM application based on the agency's incorrect/erroneous belief that the recruitment was not conducted according to regulations and that the special skills required for the position are not normal from a minimum requirements perspective.

Hi, I am on L1B which will expire in October 2009 after completing 5 years. I want to apply for an H1-B in April 2009 with my company (A) or another company (B). Will I get an extra 6 years or only 1 year if I stay in the same company (A) or if I work for a different company (B)? Thanks, Juju
