Hello All, I have a valid visa(exp 04/10) in my old expired passport. I have since got a new passport, and have also changed my employer; so I have a new I797(exp 09/10) I plan to travel to India this week. Do i need a visa restamping on my new passport before my re-entry? Any replies...
