    AOS interview just completed...now what?!

He hardly touched on that, we actually had to point that out. Just said that my wife got her medical residency that's why she moved, and I couldn't because of work. We had all our phone bills showing how much we talk, copies of airline tickets showing how much we see each other and pictures...

    AOS interview just completed...now what?!

Haha, thanks Al, one thing that keeps bother me is that fact that the IO did not ask us for any original documents except passport. I has the copy of our wedding certificate in the file but never asked for the original one, etc. Is that normal?

Wrong date of birth on Travel Document - what to do? Wife is pissed!

Well I just talked to the USCIS customer rep over the phone and she informed me that since it was a typo (my fault) that I would have to send a new I-131 along with the payment (~$300) to fix the mistake. I was assured that as long at the DOB is correct on the other forms (I130, I485, etc)...

Wrong date of birth on Travel Document - what to do? Wife is pissed!

Thanks, but it's likely that she won't even travel, my main concern is if they wrong DOB on the AOS will also spill over to her other items like the EAD and greencard? I did put in the correct DOB for that. So is it important that I get this corrected even if she is not planning on traveling?

Today my wife (I sponsored her for a GC) got 3 different NOA receipts for I485, I131, I756. In all 3 letters it states that she will receive a letter of appointment for her biometrics. My question is, will she have to go 3 seperate times (one for each letter) or just once? Also she didn't...

What happens if the AOS request is denied?

I will be applying for my wife's green card, she is currently on H1-b. If in any case her case gets denied, what happens? Is her H1 still valid? Does she have to go back to her home country? Can we apply again? Also, if she already has a H1 which is to expire mid 2010, is it still a good...
