H1B visa validity at the Port of Entry
The H1B visa on my passport is for Company A and i changed my company last year to Company B and has Company B 1-797A too. I am planning to visit India in the mid of Dec and will be coming back to US in the mid of Jan 2009, while my H1B visa(company A) on my passport expires in mid of Feb 2009...- watever1982
