Has anybody heard about using a scanned employment for TN application, or application for other visas, such as H1B?
I will probably call the Port of Entry and let an officer answer this question.
Can anybody tell me whether it is adequate to use a scanned signed employment letter from Employer to obtain TN at Port of Entry?
The company insists on sending me a scanned signed employment letter, instead of mailing me a signed employment letter.
Thank you!
What shall say to the Border officer?
Can I tell them I want to change employer? It is possible for them to ask - Have you resigned the first job already?
Can I apply a New TN for the new employer, before resign the current employer?
Or I have to resign first, then apply for a new TN to work for the new employer?
Can anybody tell me about Laredo(Texas)? I have just changed employer, and want to apply for a new TN at Laredo, TX?
Or has anybody been to Brownsvillle?
Is it because of recent transition from 1-year to 3-year TN extension?
I did this TN renewal by mails for 2 years already. Everything was fine.
I've made sure I paid IRS tax, and I am a prudent driver and decent person.
This TN(temporay Non-resident) renewal worries yearly.
On August 13, 2008, I received the USCIS receipt. However, until today, I have NOT received the I94 card from USCIS. I checked online status, only finding "recieved and status pending".
Has anybody similar situations? Thank you!
