Ciba, today my husband joined a new company and this is 182 days from his RD. We got our EAD last week of January. He has H1 transfer notice and he is using that.
His old CO. changed name and INS sent a RFE regarding that. RFE respond send Jan 17. AVM updated Feb 08. We don\'t...

Is that from RD or ND? is there any regulation about it?If there is , then why not we use it for 180 days for I485?
