No Title On 6/14 I call INS Vermont to inform them of address change for EAD cards. Unfortunaley the cards were mailed on same day to the old address. IIO said that PO will not forward the card. Received the cards at my new address after 10 days (they were forwarded by PO at old address). I...

No Title Yes. I-140 and I-485 have different company names. Pro-active ammended I-140 was file on 5/25. Did not bother to ask about I140.

PD 12/96, RD 11/99, ND 12/99, FP 3/16/01 Spoke with a nice IIO few minutes ago to change address on I-485. He said our applications are being processed. I should check with my lawyer after 60 days. Good to know that hold has been released for cases with ND after 10/99.

Just spoke with a IIO at VSC. My proactive I-140 was filed in last week of May. IIO said that no action will be taken until guidelines are received from INS HQ. Do you think this is correct ? Have seen a lot of IGATE approvals after 140 was file. Thanks, zani03

No Title PD 12/96 RD 11/99 ND 12/99 FP 03/16/01 Same story here. Talk to IIO at 8am, said my application was on "Chargability Hold" because company names are different on I140 & I485. INS Vermont is waiting for regulations to process such cases. Told me to call back after one month.
