No Title It has to be on the company letter head. If you can get a blank letter head sheet, you could type it up and have your immediate supervisor or someone sign it. paychecks by themselves may not be enough.

No Title thanks. might be a good idea to call them. In my case I replied to the RFE two weeks before feb1 so that by the time they open it the date was either or almost current.

No Title RFE was for employment letter. Laywer got it on 12/29 & replied around 1/16.

rd 8/99, nd 9/99 eb3. RFE received last week of dec. laywer replied 3rd week of jan. AVM stayed the same old ..365-540.. till it was updated to "This case is approved on feb 1st.."

EB3 India pd 04/97 RFE received before the feb dates were announced. replied to RFE last week. Anyone else in similar situation???
