Congrats!!! I finished my oath ceremony and I am now officially a US Citizen. Overall process took about 3 hours. Went to SSA office near my home and updated my SSN record. Also applied for US passport today. Good luck!!!

You can ask the officer if you can get the oath ceremony for Aug 28th.

I sent my USPS certified mail with acknowledgment and I have copies of all the documents that I sent. I intend to take copies of all the document when I go there in person. I will post my experience after my visit. Thanks for the suggestion.
