No Title Not sure exactly what your question is. If your case is approved. It says \'This case has been approved on...\' If its not it says \'Your I485 application to adjust to permanant...has been received on THE NOTICE DATE MENTIONED on you receipt notice.

No Title I think i am pretty sure that my case was applied for regular processing. I even remember the discussion i had with my attorney where he said to me specifically that he is going to apply for regular processing and not for CP. He said its very easy for him to take care of any problems...

Checked the AVM this morning. Me and my wife\'s case has been approved. Details: EB2/INDIA/RIR PD 10/99 RD 9/20/2000 ND 10/18/2000 AD 8/15/2001 EAC-01-013-5xxxx No RFE. Never called IIO
