IIO said my case is in decision making process. She said though my 140 was approved for CP, It shouldn\'t cause any delays and I should hear a decision from them in 30 days time.

Congrats SGK - Could you please post SGK, Congratulations! You mentioned your I140 was approved for CP but you proceeded with 485. Could you please post if you opted for CP in your 140 (or INS sent it to NVC as it happened with many others)? Thanks

No Title Thanks SGK. I selected CP option on 140 but chose to go AOS way. You did not seem to have any delay in your 485 processing because of the fact that your 140 was sent to NVC. I Hope selecting the CP option in 140 does not slow down my 485 processing.

Congrats ... Was your I-140 sento to NVC after the approval? MKM, Do you know if your I-140 approval was sent to NVC for consul processing? Just curious why it took so much time for an April case to be approved.
