Hi, i filled out the ds 156 form (for chennai consulate) in box 29 ------ Have You Ever Been in The U.S.?--------------- i checked YES and i entered the date and duration of stay in us during previous visits (f1 and h1) but when i take a printout of the form the CHECK mark isnt there anymore...

Hi, i applied for a h1b transfer and got an rfe(as the latest paystub was missing) the lawyer for my company sent a letter stating unpaid vacation etc..... today i received the h1 b transfer approval but it says that i need to go to chennai for consular processing.......... do i have to leave...
