I had my interview today at Charlotte. It was an easy straightforward process that took about 20 minutes. I was approved and given an oath ceremony date for December 1, 2008. Good luck to those of you waiting in line. Your day will come soon.
Congratulation US citizen Phisc. now, you have left behind all the pain USCIS may have caused to you. Now you are a US Citizen with all the priviledges. :):)

i have received my interview letter for november 6, 2008 in Charlotte, although i moved to raleigh. I am very excited. hopefully, they will not send me back to Raleigh for another interview, since I recently moved to Raleigh and put a Change of address.
I don't think USCIS verify all that, but at interview under oath, you will have to tell all the truth. I cannot predict the consequence. This is the first time hear such thing.
You may want to just simplify by saying "NO" unless they find it out themself, them they may deport you.
I recall someone asking this question and he said that he obtained it from his lawyer. It is a note that was distributed to immigration lawyers in the Raleigh Area
I hope someone can tries to show up at his initial interview date to see what will happen. I am sure they will take the person if they are not very busy and they have his/her file.
The person can just say: Never received deschedule letter. Any warmonger willing to try ?:o
fbanna79, We have almost the ame timeline, however I still have not received my IL. I called USCIS today and I was told that I should call back if I don't receive anything within the next 90 days. I was told the same thing 90 days ago, anyway.
Congratulations. I have the feeling like I moved to the wrong place at the wrong time. If I was to stay in Charlotte, I would have had my interview letter probably within the next 2 months, by looking at people's timeline.
Man, don't worry. You will be fine, even if your oath was done before June 28th. USCIS is not stupid to allow people to apply if they know they cannot approve them if their cases were processed faster than 90 days.
