I have a vailid H1 B stamped on My Indian Passport. If I travel to Tijuana (less than 72 hrs) and back - will they issue me a new I-94 and do they stamp it on the passport - so technically would that be considered the date I last entered the United States? Thanks

Hi, Company A filed a Labor under PERM and got approved in Dec 2005. Moved Companies and my 6 Year H1 is expiring May 31st. iS there a chance to get my 7th year extension based on my Previous Labor cert which expired sometime Jan this year - 180 days from July 16th. Thanks
