I received my I485 approval notice today. RD: 2/3/99 ND: 2/18/99 RFE Response Sent: 6/28/00 I485 Approved: 7/6/00 Automated message changed on 7/3 saying that Response for RFE was received on Feb 29, 2000. It may take approximately 180 days more to process this type of case. This...- A T

Does any one know if VSC ask for 1040 form as RFE or its only w2-from please answer
No Title I think it is to just to verify that your are still employed by the same company. My salary had increased by about 60% after my LC was approved. My letter showed the current salary and stated that I am a full time permanent employee of the comapany from xx/xx/xx.- A T
